Job Title Project Manager (RIS/PACS)Job DescriptionJob title: Project Manager (RIS/PACS)Your role:Coordinate, document and manage resources in the life cycle of RIS, PACS, and other systems implementation projects in Mexico, according to best practices in Project Management. Responsibility begins with commercial support for the preparation of commercial proposals to limit the scope and deliverables committed in the project's commercial proposal, reflecting them in the statement of work, until the delivery of the fully operational solution to the client. Manage human and material resources to deliver the goods committed in the commercial proposal in the agreed time to ensure income from the delivery of the solutions.Finally, responsible for delivering the necessary documentation to support the solution being implemented.You are responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating solution delivery projects from definition to taking the concepts and following through to a successful deployment achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements working with different stakeholders and leading and directing teams. Which includes, but is not limited to:Generates the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting.Leads the project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, money, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources.Directs employees and gives them operational guidance, regarding content and organization.Reports on employees' performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and makes proposals for training.Manages as a Project Leader more complex service improvement sub projects as well as manages own project team usually as a part of a larger project.You're the right fit if:You have the following skills:Biomedical engineer or in Systems, IT, telecommunications and electronicsExperience of at least 5 years as a PM5 years of work experience in a radiological/medical environmentAffinity with computer technologies.Fluency in oral and written communicationMastery of radiological language and topicsAttitude for teamworkAvailability to travelAdvanced oral and written EnglishAbout Philips We are a health technology company.
