As a **Project Manager **you will be in charge of the following activities:

- Analyze project requirements constantly
- Plan, organize and direct activities throughout the project's different stages
- Manage resources to make sure they're being efficiently allocated
- Build a project's schedule for tasks to be performed
- Coach and lead cross-functional teams throughout the development of a project to ensure objectives are met
- Identify and make adjustments and / or modifications according to the project requirements in it's different stages
- Measure project performance by setting and analyzing KPIs
- Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members
- Take action to mitigate risks and be quick to solve emerging problems
- Prepare reports regarding to progress of the project
- Provide feedback to stakeholders and team members
