**The Role**

We're excited to welcome a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our digital product development projects. This role offers an opportunity for someone passionate about technology and innovation to jumpstart their project management career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Junior Project Manager, you'll collaborate closely with founders, developers, QA engineers, and designers to support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products that meet and exceed client expectations.
**Responsibilities**
With a focus on continuous learning and adaptability, the Junior Project Manager will:
- Work with cross-functional teams—designers, developers, QA engineers, and founders—to gather project requirements and create comprehensive project plans.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document key points to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project scope, user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and test plans.
- Monitor project budgets, help track expenses, and report on financials to keep projects within budget.
- Participate in project review meetings, contributing insights and suggesting improvements for best practices in development.
- Support team members by scheduling meetings and organizing project-related materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams on resource allocation, ensuring teams have the tools and support needed to achieve project goals.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
**Requirements**:
- Educational background in computer science, engineering, or related fields for technical project managers.
- Experience in project administration within the IT sector.
- A technical background with hands-on experience or understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality in all aspects of digital product development.
- Familiarity with project management tools and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Slack) is a plus.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum frameworks, and lean development principles is an advantage.
- Proactive, with a genuine passion for technology and digital innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to addressing challenges in digital product development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
