This role is critical for driving CRM transformation initiatives, aligning projects with organizational strategy, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption. The successful candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This is a remote position.Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing clear project plans and timelines. Oversee the full project lifecycle for CRM implementations, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and resource allocations. Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into actionable project steps. Act as the product owner in agile processes, managing backlogs and sprint goals. Monitor and evaluate project impact on business processes post-implementation, recommending adjustments for optimization. Serve as the primary point of contact for updates and feedback between technical teams and business stakeholders. Develop and execute change management plans, including user training, documentation, and support. Prepare and distribute project reports to stakeholders, summarizing progress, challenges, and resolutions. Guide the implementation of CRM solutions, including integration with existing systems and data migration processes. Identify opportunities to enhance CRM system usability and efficiency. Qualifications: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation: Exceptional English communication (C1, C2, C3 preferred) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
