Manages development and quality delivery of all Project documents and deliverables- Clearly identify gaps in project delivery - time, cost, resource, deliverables, and escalate as appropriate- Developing and maintaining project plans to track critical path tasks, dependencies, and requirements through the project lifecycle- Responsible for the overall management, planning, developing, ongoing maintenance, and directing implementation of the Government telecommunications and SIPRNet systems for the client- Manage and progress track against those schedules- Develop and manage project budgets that meet Program guidelines- Coordinate with the Project Construction lead for timing, execution and closeout of individual projects- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion- Manage project cost, scope and schedule- Navigate and negotiate difficult situation- Work in an unclear process & role (many Grid Mod project look very different than traditional work, your project may need to do something that has never been done before)- Change Management (we are working to get change managers for all projects, but the PM will need to oversee and coordinate this work.)- Acting as a primary interface with Technical Managers for all technical clarifications, dependencies and escalations- Accountable for contractual and commercial correspondence commercial input, including identification and reporting of risks, liabilities and opportunities- Escalates internal/external issues/concerns/risks promptly to IPT Lead/Manager and/or Government lead to ensure matters are addressed timely as to not impact schedule- Accountable for scope, cost/budget, and schedule/milestones for all assigned projects- Creates, updates, and maintains detailed Project Schedules (using MS Project) for all assigned projects- Works closely with IPT Lead/Managers and technical resources to schedule and assign project/task related activities and responsibilities- Manages and monitors all work activities provided by IPT and/or other TWD resources*- A Bachelor of Science in Engineering (or related technical field) from an accredited college or university (or related equivalent experience.)*- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with specialized coursework in computer science or management information systems*- 6+ years'experience with IT project implementations (with software, network and call routing design components)*- 6+ years' experience supporting call center environment*- Advanced experience with the MS Office productsuite- Proven abilityto lead, guide, organize, and finish technical projects**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: $64.80 - $79.20 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:- 44700, Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- work authorization
