**Location: Remote (Mexico)**
**Qualifications we are looking for**:
- **3+ years of management experience**:
- Strong communication skills, highly hands-on Presentations, Excel and communication template designs
- Infrastructure knowledge is an added advantage
- **Aware of specific and basic PM tools**:
- **Experience on any Incident Management tools like pager-duty, etc.

- **Experience on the Identity Services**:
- **Experience on JIRA**:
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
- Ability to provide coaching and counseling when necessary
- Coaching/mentorship
- Status reporting/road mapping
