**Your role at Baxter**
As PM IT, you will demonstrate proven technical knowledge and business insight, possess solid grasp of project development processes and/or SDLC, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities may evolve as the organizational strategy evolves.

We will collaborate with internal and external partners to perform detailed analyses on Baxter's Global IT Project Portfolio including general performance, financials, and overall health and critical metrics.
**What you'll be doing**
- Lead several concurrent projects successfully
- Lead project work including technical solution, implementation, support, and quality.
Understand and participate in multiple phases of project implementations
- Collaborate with Portfolio teams, Application Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and various IT and business teams to prioritize work and schedules
- Review project team work to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.)
and alignment to standards/regulatory requirements
- Interact with customers to understand their business and to respond to their needs based on business and technical knowledge.
- Define and implement project plans and report project status, issues, progress, budget, etc.
to the appropriate service owners/management including project review meetings and dashboards
**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of technical experience including project leadership with Waterfall or Agile methodologies, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desirable
- Solid understanding of project development/implementation processes with proven presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and influencing skills.
- Proven track record on successfully delivering projects in diverse areas including but not limited to IT.
- Strong solid understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle and project management processes.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and business insight skills,
- Proficient in English both written and verbal.
