**What we're looking for**
We are looking for a project manager who can drive the success of the startups we build.
We have a vision to deliver something truly ground-breaking for the businesses we work with, but that will not be possible unless we can deliver consistently with quality, on time, in budget and within scope.
These are the four key metrics you need to deliver on.
Organisation, focus and shared understanding is key to get teams working seamlessly.
Someone who is able to work in an agile manner across a number of projects.
The role is a holistic one, with a need to understand business objectives, team strengths and technical strategy to best distribute information and structure projects.
**Requirements**:
- Previous project management experience;
- Focus on delivering projects on time, in budget, in scope, with appropriate quality;
- Ability to remain clear and focused under pressure;
- Previous exposure to project management software such as Jira;
- Solid understanding of agile software development principles;
- Keen interest in delivering in a product and user-first world;
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams;
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an understanding of how to motivate and reassure teams; and
- Courage to share concerns and help drive process improvements.
