**What does a great **Product Manager **do?
**- Part of the Project Management Organization (PMO)- Accountable for Scope, Schedule, and Budget for various projects supporting back office: Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Architecture, etc.- The Program Manager is a servant leader for the team; helping remove impediments/blockers while guiding the team as needed.- Responsible for facilitation of daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives to ensure product work schedules/tasks reflect the prioritized backlogs and the vision and goals of the Product Strategy to ensure consistency, minimizing the risks of delivering non-valued items.- Provide general help for the team in communicating, coordinating, and cooperating within the team and beyond to other teams as needed- Responsible for planning the release cycles in-line with the road map, highlighting key risks and constraints to the release planning process and actively managing them with the Product Delivery Team to return value on product changes.
Capable of making decisions based on current information or creating time for decisions which take longer**What you will be working on**:- 5+ years experience in project management and/or scrum master roles within a software technology environment- Excellent delegation experience; managing activities as part of a mixed team from different functional areas to plan and deliver sprint activities- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate the purpose and vision of the product roadmap to the wider delivery team and ensure broad understanding of everyone's role in contributing to the business outcomes- Advanced conflict resolution skills; able to work within a matrix organization and prioritize and forecast resources on a timely basis to plan and deliver sprint activities with the wider delivery team- Advanced ability to drive innovation and analysis to determine latent customer requirements within the Product Management and Delivery Team and validate as part of user stories with appropriate stakeholders- Experience with managing back-office systems: e.G.
Infrastructure (OS, DB, Network, etc.
), Architecture, Billing Systems, Security, ERP, etc.- Hands-on experience with Project management and delivery tools (i.E.
Jira, AHA, PPM, etc.
