Project Manager

Our site in **Hermosillo, Sonora (Mexico) **is currently looking for a**PROJECT MANAGER**Supporting the Engineering team of the site, our Project Manager coordinates **projects development **in order to ensure the achievement of **project time, quality and cost objectives**.- Responsibilities:_- ** Oversee all aspects of the project**, using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.- ** Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing the progress **of the project.- ** Run the project on a day-to-day basis **without forgetting creativity as an important aspect of this role.- Be the **main technical contact for specific customers and suppliers**: factory visit/audit and technical meetings/conferences managing.- ** Leading and coaching the ZMX team.
**- Requirements:_- **Fluency in English is a prerequisite (90%)**:- ** University Degree in Engineering**:- ** Solid Project Management background**:- ** 5+ year of experience** in management roles within a demanding, global industrial manufacturer, preferably in FMCG industry- Key attitudes: Result/Customer Orientation, Self-motivation, Critical Thinking, Flexibility, decision making mindset, hands-on approach
