Our site in Hermosillo, Sonora (Mexico) is currently looking for aPROJECT MANAGERSupporting the Engineering team of the site, our Project Manager coordinates projects development in order to ensure the achievement of project time, quality and cost objectives.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the project, using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project.Run the project on a day-to-day basis without forgetting creativity as an important aspect of this role.Be the main technical contact for specific customers and suppliers: factory visit/audit and technical meetings/conferences managing.Leading and coaching the ZMX team.Requirements:Fluency in English is a prerequisite ( 90%)University Degree in EngineeringSolid Project Management background5+ year of experience in management roles within a demanding, global industrial manufacturer, preferably in FMCG industryKey attitudes: Result/Customer Orientation, Self-motivation, Critical Thinking, Flexibility, decision making mindset, hands-on approachJoin US!
