**Position**: Project Manager, Minerals MA NCA
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
Acts as Project Manager in Minerals NCA MA Equipment Delivery Projects with an end-to-end responsibility.
Plans, leads and manages projects activities at time, cost, quality and to our customer's satisfaction.
Leads the project team in an encouraging manner enhancing the team spirit.
Establish rules, organize project meetings, problem solving etc.
Monthly reporting of project's status to stakeholders.
Operates as interface between MO's and customer's project execution and ensures good customer relationship.
Manage risks & non-conformances.
Manages Change Orders effectively and identifies "add-on" sales opportunities during project execution.
Manages claims (customer and supplier).
Act as local customer interface and collaborate with all Business lines for their outputs on the project.
Applies effectively MO's Business processes and tools, and propose constructive improvements as needed.
Ensures handover to Services at closing of the projects.
Coordinates with Procurement/Sourcing.
Ensure compliance with the Project Procurement Plans and purchasing approval governance.
Supports sales and services.
Support Project Director where equipment is a part of a Plant Solutions Project, with possibility to also have theProject Director role.
Performs other tasks as may be delegated by Line manager.
