Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Technical Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead various projects, working together to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Project strategy, implementation, and risk prevention efforts.Motivate and support team members in achieving project goals.Provide Project Management support to a global software packaging team.Lead daily meetings and coordinate activities with different areas related to Quality, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Engineering.Manage project transfers from design center to volume manufacturing.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree.7+ years of general experience.5+ years of program or Project management experience.Experience owning program strategy, end to end.Proficiency in Conversational and written English.Availability to assist at least once per week to the office (El Salto, Jalisco).Excellent interpersonal skills to coach, particularly related to high-stress situations, will put you ahead. This role also serves as a thought partner with other internal teams to launch new stations and design new delivery models.
