The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving AI initiatives forward to success in short time frames. This role involves working alongside the Senior Vice President and Head of AI Strategy, helping get projects over the finish line, ironing out details, and keeping everyone on task, busy, and moving forward.As Project Manager, You Will…Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management for various AI projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and key executives, to ensure seamless project execution.Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and outcomes.Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with business objectives.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control.Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders.Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.Assist the Senior Vice President - Head of AI Strategy with scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and keeping everyone informed and on the same page.Take on special projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President, providing support in research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.As Project Manager, You Have…Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
