Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Project Manager.

**What you'll do**:

- The Project Management I will be responsible for performing various project management functions for the Bussmann Project Management Office (PMO). Specific functions include participating in the development and implementation of project management processes, lead a cross-functional team of engineering resources to introduce new products to the market, communicate project status to all stakeholders and work with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and solve problems that the project team encounters throughout the project. The incumbent will utilize sound project management principles to drive more effective project execution throughout the organization. This position will serve as Project Manager for the Division PMO.
- **In this role, you will**:

- Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of several project teams simultaneously
- Define the project scope, budget, and schedule for each project
- Implement projects of low complexity per the approved scope, budget, and schedule
- Develop and updates project schedules on a regular basis to track key milestones and identify the critical path to ensure appropriate risk management strategies and communication to stakeholders is followed
- Maintain project/programs updates, artifacts, metrics, and action items list to support PROLaunch stage gates, project management reviews and integrated project team meetings.
- Support the Integrated Business Process (IBP) and input necessary portfolio information into ProPM
- Track project performance and provides periodic project status updates (green/yellow/red) of current situation relating to milestones, problems, and high-risk areas such as technical, cost and schedule.
- Manage and coordinate cross functional resources and conflicts to efficiently utilize resources to improve project performance.
- Strive for on time completion of projects of low complexity and scope which meet product specifications
- Organize all resources and oversee completion and quality of all project work
- Liaison between Engineering Management and other project stakeholders including Focus Factory Manager, Supply Chain Manager and Product Manager
- Conduct regularly scheduled project status meetings with technical staff and key stakeholders
- Comply with all Company's Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
- Comply with all Company's Quality System requirements

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a project-based environment
- Computer knowledge (3D CAD system, Minitab, Project Management software, etc.)
- Computer proficiency (Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Demonstrate ownership of and ability to manage project assignments with a broad scope and high level of complexly and able to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills through the use of quality and statistical tools
- Proven leadership skills - passion and capability to lead in an integrated environment across multiple sites and global locations.
- Bilingual English / Spanish

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Kanban techniques
