ILC Dover is a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, which acquired the company in February 2020.**Job Summary**:Ensures goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. Works directly with internal and external clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinates with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and monitor engineering projects from initiation through delivery- Gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications- Serve as liaisons between engineering and non-engineering departments to ensure that all targets and requirements are met- Ensure engineering projects are completed on schedule and within budget- Keep program managers and other project stakeholders informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results- May support project planning activity during pre-bid, proposal, negotiation, and contract phases**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or related field of study required- PMP Certification Preferred- Demonstrated time management skills, communication skills, and critical thinking skills- Demonstrated resource management capability- Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with peers and cross-functional teams and external customers- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project/other project management software, order processing software, database software- Bilingual English/Spanish
