Leads collection and collation of information pertinent to segment in preparation for delivery to executive leadership.**You Will Make An Impact By**:- A focal point for segment projects across various functions ensuring execution within defined budget and timelines.- Leads segment project management team towards key goals including supervising the execution of timeline and budget as well as compliance to goals- Leads a team of project managers, coordinates resources from different Supply Chain functions and different BU's within the segment depending on the project scope- Interface between various collaborators to drive optimum communication on project process- Collection and preparation of key data for the segment, including monthly and quarterly supply chain reports- Support change culture as driven by the segment lead and ensure smooth adoption of change across the segment through robust project management- Collection of data on projects and delivery in a format that supports the needs of the team members- Develop and complete project plans with key dates, budgets and actions plans associated with segment projects and ensure successful execution- Lead a cadence of review meetings with key partners and drive any actions resulting from these meetings- Use influence to empower wider teams while engaging Global Supply Chain leadership to allow support and execution of all projects- Presentation of project status up to and including executive level (where appropriate) with the ability to clearly and concisely provide the level of detail required for the audience- Preparation of key presentations that support the segment leader including MOR, QBR, strategy reviews etc.- Management of segment profit improvement plan data and reporting- Management of segment CapEx, CAR's and supervising to plan/forecast**Required Qualifications For Consideration**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business- 3-5 year minimum Project/Program Management experience of large/sophisticated projects, experience in key Supply Chain/Industrial Operations roles
