This is a hybrid functional and program management role that will own all deliverables within the respective Work Stream and partner with other teams within the program (Process, Tech, Data, Business Adoption, and PMO). The role will work as a part of the PLAN workstream and report to the PLAN Work Stream Leader during the project.**Key Responsibilities**- Responsible for leading, shaping, and influencing all aspects Plan Work Stream, including but not limited to quality, scope, schedule, resources, and risks- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key functional business partners, process owners, leaders, and support areas critical to program success- Provide leadership, cadence, mechanics, and day-to-day execution of all work stream activities, including solution design, solution confirmation, testing, simulation, readiness, cutover, business adoption, change management, data readiness, and hypercare.- Partner closely the Core Team peers to ensure appropriate communication of key interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics
