Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.- 6+ years of experience within a product development and/or Electronics manufacturing environment.- 3+ years of experience with project supervision in one or more of the following areas: industrialization, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing planning, and/or program/launch management- English 100%- 3+ years of experience with organizational management and project management- 2+ years of experience with Bills of Material (BOM) structures, design change procedures, and technical facets of product development.- 3+ years of leadership or management experience involving coaching, mentoring, motivation, and conflict management- 3+ years of experience in plant operations,- 3+ years of experience in automotive industry.**Knowledge**:- Microsoft Office- Familiarity with Axalant and/or comparable engineering change system- Familiarity with SAP and/or comparable ERP system- Good verbal and written communication skills- Knowledge of 5S and Six Sigma problem-solving methodology- TS16949 awareness training- Proficient with Axalant or comparable engineering change system- Proficient with SAP or related MRP system- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Ability to influence and engage at multiple levels within internal and external organizationsPuesto: Gerente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
