DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position will be responsible for the following:
- Integrate project planning, management, and execution techniques to ensure flawless execution of network projects.
- Establish a detailed project tactical plan to ensure implementation that delivers effective quality, customer service, cost, and inventory results.
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication and alignment.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on the expected project benefits.
- Ensure Valuing People through clear goals and objectives for project team.
- Manages day to day project activities, timeline, resourcing, and budget spending.
- Meet compliance with Quality and Regulatory requirements.
- Provide active coaching to appropriate project associates and work stream leaders.
- Ensure development of skills and competencies for future Network Projects.
**Qualifications**:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree is required in an Engineering or Science field.
- Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in any combination of the following related areas: Manufacturing of Medical Devices, Engineering, Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Process Excellence, or SC Project Management.
- A minimum of 3+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry with medical devices.

- Experience in implementing business initiatives around quality, product supply chain and cost improvements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent knowledge in Quality system is required and knowledge of Regulations from portfolio countries/regions.
- Change management, influence skills, and the ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a complex environment through strong communication.
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills and an understanding of business beyond core functional expertise.
- Demonstrated strong oral presentation skills to senior management.
