.Guide the development of new products by facilitating meetings, managing timelines, coordinate with sales, manufacturing, supply chain, etc. to ensure timely launch.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for projects for CRP product line and developing products that will be produced in the CRP plant worldwide- Reports to the NA Business Developer and NPD Director- Set up a kick off meeting to review the project with the program team and lead the team to provide the most efficient end to end program implementation from part concept through first production order.- Create and maintain timelines, document progress and correspondence per the formalized and established engineering procedure- Set up, conduct, and update weekly the project tracker to ensure the follow up of the development with customer, plants and sales- Coordinate all communication with the customer pertaining to project from program inception through production approval and release to manufacturing.- Act as the single point of contact for Sales, Mold Making, Manufacturing, Automation, and Supply Chain partners.- Handle and conduct the Risks Analysis in Project Management (RAPM) meeting- Handle and conduct the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) meeting- Review final product drawings- Work with the Tooling Dept. to ensure product meets the customer's dimensional and functional specifications.**Has to handle specific Tasks within PM process which should match with time lines**:- Receive customer artwork for label.- Receive product specifications.- Support the plants to troubleshoot and resolve engineering problems as well as provide assistance in continuous improvement opportunities.- Work with QC department for qualification methodology and in process requirements. (i.E. QC specifications, validation procedures, design of required gauges and/or fixtures).- Pre-production testing & approval of tooling, first article inspection.- Partner with the Sales Department and customers requiring engineering input through face-to-face visits and other direct contact.- Verifying compliance of components with design intent.- When needed, support the plant to negotiate the specifications with the customer.- Handle and conduct the Post Launch Review.- Regular and predictable attendance is required for this job.- Travel is required.- Bachelor of Science Degree with Engineering Discipline.- 3-5 years program management experience.- 5-7 years injection molding theory, tooling, materials, assembly, and/or processing preferred.- Ability to identify, analyze and problem-solve.- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment.- Competencies in customer focus, change leadership, and teamwork.- Excellent communication skill, both written and oral.- High computer skills.- Technical design skills (SolidWorks).- Must be self-directed.- Planning and organizing skills.- Ability to influence and lead.- Demonstrate adaptability.- Ability to delegate.- Teamwork.- Negotiation
