Project Manager

Manage the Team Leads- Ensure that team leads are completing all aspects of their assigned responsibilities.- Validate the KPI's that are updated by Team Leads to ensure that they are complete and accurate.- Communicates to management regarding issues affecting the performance of the staff or customersatisfaction.- Continuously considers process improvements and implements best practices.- Ensures all critical operational metrics are achieved such as service levels, customer care, productivitystandards, customer satisfaction scores, etc. through building effective teams.- Reviews and reports work volume and Operational results.- Handles situations independent of a Manager with ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with clients andemployees.
