**Position Summary**
Work with Customers on or off site to analyze business needs. Plan, design, and manage a project. Teach, coach and train customers and transmit needs, concerns and priorities back to the software development team and company leadership. Assist in project estimation, forecasting, and task management. Represent OSI's values effectively to customers and colleagues. Work closely with other team members, including Business Analysts and Technical Managers to ensure timely completion of work. Maintain budget awareness for all stakeholders and effectively manage project change as necessary.

- Act as a project leader and own the project, managing project scope, budget and timeline, ensuring that projects meet customer and company expectations.
- Be able to positively contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships with OSI staff and clients, demonstrating a positive attitude, even under challenging circumstances, and motivating other staff to maximum productivity. Must offer accurate, candid, and insightful communication freely.
- Must be able to manage complex financial reporting and project tracking.
- Must demonstrate OSI's values and represent OSI in the best possible manner, by demonstrating dedication to customer success, reliable and dependable completion of tasks and assignments, working with other OSI team members, proactively addressing problems, and preventing mistakes that may impact the company or customers. Must demonstrate self-sufficiency to help resolve problems in an efficient and effective manner.
- Proven client facing consulting capabilities highly desired.
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with dedicated project management using industry standard project management tools and techniques.
- PMP Certification and/or Professional project Management Certificate preferred.
- Experience implementing software systems preferred.
- Linux knowledge is a plus.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Diligent work ethic and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with ease.
- Willing to travel up to 25% as required.
- Languages: Spanish and English. Portuguese a plus.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
