As the Project Manager, you'll manage all projects across the roster of clients and have a hand in the development and maintenance of strong internal processes for managing projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will own the entirety of the project process, ensuring all details are considered and completed. This role is responsible for internal efficiency and delivery of projects while partnering with Client Services to ensure client satisfaction. \n What You'll DoCoordinate with Client Services, Performance, and Creative teams to define projects, approve scope, and set timelines. Own and update project timelines, managing communications and addressing changes. Provide internal updates, assign tasks, and manage client questions proactively. Assess new requests critically to ensure feasibility, resources, and solutions-driven execution. Lead new projects by defining scope, timelines, and processes. Create project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate staffing across multiple projects. Learn company processes to identify risks and improve efficiency. Support Client Services in meetings, providing project updates as needed. Work with the Finance team to implement and validate time tracking. Oversee contractors and vendors, handling deliverables, invoicing, and budget alignment. Document best practices and archive project data after completion. What You NeedBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of project management experience with U.S. clients and remote teams. Strong attention to detail, ethical approach, and team-oriented boundaries. Experience managing video, photo, and social content production. Excellent prioritization, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Asana) and Excel/Sheets. Knowledge of social media content production and creative production is strongly preferred. Ability to structure client requests into tasks with clear dependencies and milestones. Proficient with Agile or Waterfall; PMP certification strongly preferred. Solution-oriented and calm under pressure with proactive communication skills. Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary. This is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. Work from home.
