As a **Project Manager **of Open iT, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, organization, resource management, monitoring, and evaluation of all delivery projects, including internal initiatives. You will ensure that projects are aligned with organizational goals, executed efficiently, and completed successfully within the designated time frame and budget.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, both customer-facing and internal projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively allocating resources to meet project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting regular project reviews and status updates and providing timely reports to management.
- Facilitating problem-solving and decision-making processes to overcome project challenges and drive results.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical concepts related to software development and implementation.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify critical issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a presales team, participating in the assessment of proposals and project deliverables.
- PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent project management credentials, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management principles and best practices.
