**Job Purpose**
Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be part of a local in-market team supporting the delivery of a major outsourced marketing services contract, covering the key category of Promotional Merchandise.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process orders and invoices
- Liaise with suppliers and have strong negotiation skills
- Ensure customer service is a top priority. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within Standard guidelines.
- Ensure all orders are tracked and reported against set contractual obligations
- Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals.
- Communicate order status to all departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide professional presentations to customers.
- Based on customer briefs initiate all product development and source new concepts in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Maintaining and updating database of local suppliers and managing the relationships
- Participate in industry trade shows to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer files.
- Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer meeting reports, forecasts and monthly sales reports to the
- Sales Manager in a timely fashion.
**Skills Required**:
- Minimum 2 Years experience in client management and/or purchase indirect (Promotional Items, Promo Merch)
- Knowledge on project management basics
- English level medium - reading and writing is a must
- Organized, self-disciplined and timely in handling administration and paperwork associated with the job.
- Client service vocation
- Aware of the impact of own behaviour on others and responds appropriately to achieve results.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels orally and in writing.
- Pro-active, motivated, and committed to developing own knowledge and skills.
- Competent in MS Word/Excel and Outlook and software
