Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Local implementation of Bock PL92 footprint together with EU project Mgmt (Me / Bernd Gollmer + the following processes)Local understanding of machine suppliers and ability to evaluate best fit with Danfoss local machineryLocal coordination of the project and activities (Preparation and training first) – Execution and set-up secondHR build up of the organization at a later stage together with other PL's and future to be local mgmt.Close cooperation with procurement and quality – localization of partsIdeal Candidate SkillsThe ideal candidate possesses these skills:
Process engineer with CNC background.Manufacturing or mechanical background.Experience with project mgmt. or possible production relocation/localization.SAP / IT knowledge from production perspective – build up of BOM's, BOL's, production orders, logistics planning (appreciated).Machines and CNC process know-how/experience (tools, measuring, set-up, critical points).ISO / Quality standards knowledge/local standards.Travel availability.Employee BenefitsWe are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:
