.Blue Yonder Title:- Project Manager Int - Cloud ServicesOverview:Managing multiple project engagements, Identifying project requirements, leading cross-functional teams for delivering solution requirements, Establishing strategic relationship with each client that transcends tactical implementation details, Providing regular project communication and status reporting, Resolving project issues, scope and timelines, Conducting performance reviews and provide guidance, feedback, mentoring and developmental experience to project teamOur current technical environment:- Project Management Methodologies & ITIL/ITSM FrameworkWhat you'll do:- Lead all the cloud activities as per JEM and ensured timely and quality deliverables- Ensure cloud standards are practiced and adhered by BY and 3rd party implementation teams by clearly setting expectations from kick off.- Regular review project progress, update the acceptance criteria, identify and manage risks and ensure internal and external stakeholders are kept up to date on regular interval.- Assesses how existing and emerging solutions can make our customers become more effective and work more efficiently- Builds collaborative relationship that increase customer's perception of the value BY Cloud Services and expands future business opportunities- Collaborates with appropriate BY teams on client's behalf to strengthen their credibility as trusted advisors- Ensures project team adheres to BY policies, procedures, methodologies and quality standards- Manages client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.- Manages Cloud Services engagements including interactions with client project team and client executives.- Participates in business process analysis or solution design- Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology- Work with the sales team and customer on developing resource/capacity estimates for new initiatives.- Escalate any project issues including timing, budget, resources, scope and more to upper management in a timely manner and put together "Get Well" plan in challenging times.- Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.- Knowledge of workflow management tool (Control M, Tivoli) a Plus- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes (Like Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Mangement) a PlusWhat we are looking for:- Educational Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Computer Applications or other equivalent technical field.- Communication- Associate has good English language Skills both verbal and written- Associate has expert customer service/phone skills - Being able to walk associates through advanced tasks over the phone and dealing with difficult customers- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external personnel with emphasis on follow-through and reporting
