**Job Title**:Project Manager**Position Purpose**Review current store operation processes and concentrate on identifying problems, mapping processes, designing, planning, implementing and successfully completing projects oriented on maximizing store efficiencies. Managing projects with frequent interaction with a variety of internal and external individuals at different levels of the organization. Process Improvement Project Manager communicates with multiple departments to get tasks done, report on progress and drive projects to completion.**Primary Accountabilities**- Constantly review the key processes of the trading module for improvement.- Develop and design new and improved procedures aligned with operation responsible to enhance commercial processes.- Team up with other Project Managers and assist the Process Improvement Manager in projects related to store operations portfolio.- Coordinate with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Support Areas, End Users and IT to implement new systems. and test procedures in a live test box environment.- Review and analyze all new projects implemented, measure and communicate results.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: BusinessYears of Experience: Two to three years.Type of Experience: Project ManagementSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: PMI or equivalentOther/Preferred: Store operation/Retail experience
