**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Directly or through team members of stamping and die casting division, the Sr./Program Manager has the following responsibilities:Involvement at Early stage of new production line development and manage the overall project milestonesEnsuring all preliminary data and information necessary from initiation through completion of the project while working closely with the factory.Creating a timeline of project completion to ensuring tasks are finished within the confines of the assignmentMaintain close communication with management during the design stages of new line configuration.Develop and manage the project plan for each project and co-ordinate activities to meet project timeline.Initiate and manage changes in procedures and manufacturing process.Manage new development work or Processes, those required for project to be successful with the help of Cross Functional Team.Maintain personnel training development program as necessary to perform job duties efficiently.Communicate with the members of their team regularly to determine the status of project and potential roadblocks that will need to be resolved.Co-ordinate and facilitate conference calls when required.Must have travel flexibility to get the job completed.Review, analyze risk and discuss with management for options to make sure that project timeline is met.**ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES**:Ability to read process flow charts and fabrication drawings.Bi-lingual English/Mandarin/Spanish a plus.Position requires frequent traveling (Visa y Pasaporte Vigente)Excellent organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Microsoft Office suite of Applications.
