Client: Our client is a multi-national company dedicated to Cybersecurity.
- Project overview: Our team will be part of a project to migrate the current Salesforce implementation into a new Salesforce Comms Cloud instance.
- We will collaborate with our customer to define and implement all the required aspects of this endeavor to confirm a successful project, including identifying the MVP, setting up milestones, process updates, data migration strategy, and integrations with third-party tools.
- Technology stack: The primary technology involved is Salesforce Comms Cloud and regular Salesforce
- Other integrations: Kantana, DocuSign, Avalara, ServiceNow, NetSuite
- Responsibilities: Working with stakeholders, building and developing business relations with clients
- Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain a high-level roadmap, detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical terms into business language by working in close contact with the product owner and the business analyst
- Manage resource allocation, project budgets, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution processes
- Ensure quality assurance through regular project audits and reviews
- Manage a project under a Scrum methodology
- Report on project progress to senior management, stakeholders, and clients
- Proactive people and team management
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development projects
- Previous experience with Salesforce projects. Preferably working as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in Salesforce migration projects, but other experience is acceptable
- Experience working in IT outsourcing or consulting companies with large enterprise customers
- Experience working with Scrum Agile methodology
- Experience in using project practices and processes: planning, tracking, analysis, risk assessment, etc.
- Understanding of and practical experience with various project documentation types (project/test plans, user stories)
- Understanding the stages of the software lifecycle

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to prioritize, time management skills, work flexibility, client-orientated mindset
- Client negotiation skills (analysis of expectations, collecting feedback about the service, resolving disputes)
- Experience with distributed multicultural teams and foreign clients

- Experience using Confluence and Jira
- Nice to have: Salesforce certifications
- Understanding of Cyber Security industry
