Job scope
- Leads and manages complex Product, Upgrade & Retrofit projects, ensuring scope is clear, the project is executed on-time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Works with cross functional project teams, monitoring progress and removing roadblocks as needed.
- Coordinates and compiles basic engineering information and other project deliverables to stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the client and the execution team.
- Proactively mitigates risks to the schedule and budget, keeping internal stakeholders informed through monthly reporting.
- Leads meetings and provides updates when necessary to keep stakeholders informed of status and potential risks.
Job Experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience required.
- PMP preferred.
- Advanced level experience / MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project.
- Willingness and ability to travel (as needed and up to 30%).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or Project Management or Construction Management.
- High fluency in English in both written and spoken required
