**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5006: F&S - Navojoa, Boulevard Eje 1 SN, Navojoa, 85895 Mexico**Project Manager**:**Objective of the position**:- Seeking a project manager who can lead and execution of medium size TOW and productivity projects.**Minimum requirements**:- Minimum of 5 years proven working experience in project management- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English.- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Problem-Solving skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.- Proficient with project management software and MS officePMP certification or another Project Management Certification is a plus**Responsibilities**:- Leads and manage the execution of TOW (transfer of work) & productivity projects.- Develops and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.- Identifies and addresses project risks and recommends resolutions and mitigations to minimize impact and successful project delivery.- Leads project work with cross-functional teams for the flawless execution of projects.- Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.- Demonstrates continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
