**Project Manager**:
**Objective of the position**:

- Seeking a project manager who can lead and execution of medium size TOW and productivity projects.
**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years proven working experience in project management
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with project management software and MS office
PMP certification or another Project Management Certification is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads and manage the execution of TOW (transfer of work) & productivity projects.
- Develops and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identifies and addresses project risks and recommends resolutions and mitigations to minimize impact and successful project delivery.
- Leads project work with cross-functional teams for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
- Demonstrates continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
