Job DescriptionRole SummaryMain TasksPlanning and execution of (international) projects/ transitions in time, scope and budgetClarification of customer needs to create a clear definition/ project description including content, target/ scope, requirements and key resultsAS-IS analysis: existing processes/ structures/ interfacesCalculation of project/ transition budget and creation of business caseCreate and align timeline and estimated resource/capacity planControlling of project/ transition progress against plan/ customer expectationsPreparation of status reportsStakeholder management and communication to and with all involved partiesPreparation and execution of steering committeesRisk Management and MitigationConflict and Escalation ManagementParticipation in multi-project management and process developmentActively contributes to continuous improvement of project/ transition processes & toolsYour ProfileCompleted education (business administration, business informatics or similar)Proven experience in project/ transition management area (3+ years)Knowledge of Project Management methodology (Waterfall, Agile)Customer orientation - ability to develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholdersWork independently, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines, resilience1+ years of experience with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) preferred.1+ years of experience with SAP preferred.Additional Requirements Available to travel up to 30% of the time.Valid passport and US Visa (mandatory)#LI-Onsite Are you full of ideas?
