This role oversees collaborative projects between the design team, digital team, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in project management, creative strategy, and marketing operations to ensure all projects are on brief, on time, and on budget. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of project management expertise, creative understanding, and technical proficiency to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced, global marketing environment.Key responsibilitiesManage the strategic development, coordination, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns and creative projects.Organize and facilitate project kickoffs with various stakeholders, including design team, digital team, and marketing operations.Oversee project timelines and resources using Workfront, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress.Interpret briefs and ensure all creative materials align with project objectives and brand guidelines.Coordinate between design, digital, and marketing operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.Evaluate and optimize workflows and processes within Workfront to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.Maintain a working knowledge of tools and best practices for marketing operations, project management, and creative development across all forms of media.Provide strategic recommendations for creative design, content, and project execution.Ensure compliance with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project timelines.Manage the optimization and presentation of creative materials to clients or stakeholders.Qualifications and skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in managing creative projects, preferably in an in-house marketing or agency environment.Strong proficiency in verbal and written English, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience working in global teams and managing cross-cultural communication.Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
