.Eaton's ES AMER ESSdivision is currently seeking aProject Manager.What you'll do:Job SummaryThe Project Lead Manager manages assigned plant projects in operations and functional areas to meet deadlines (TITAN Project), performance and achieve site/corporate financial goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans capturing key technical requirements and deliverables and outlining project tasks, milestones, status, and resource allocation. Also develop effective cross-organization relationships, efficient collaboration, and communication across the business and with stakeholders. Support the full deployment of project management impacting program metrics successfully. Strong leadership, accountability, and knowledge in PMP.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop the project scope and requirements, tracking and managing changes in scope throughout the project lifecycle.Estimate, manage and track, project costs, risks, and capital spending against established targets.Establish and maintain metrics for project financials, quality, technical performance and delivery through all PRO Launch phases.Manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously to meet defined objectives while prioritizing and resolving conflicts.Define and delineate work breakdown for all functional areas.Lead and manage an Integrated Project Team (IPT) in a functional matrix environment.Direct others without formal reporting relationships across multiple functions and/or sites.Implement effective risk management.Work with the IPT to identify project risks then proactively formulate and execute risk mitigation actions.Integrate all requirements, risks and goals into a complete, integrated project plan – PRO Launch.Coordinate root-cause investigations and plans – track corrective action implementation.Owner of the Work Brakdown Structure of the program and the management / execution coordination of all the activities steming off of it.Lead Daily/Weekly/Monthly internal reviews as required to define actions plan to achieve monthly targets – PRO Launch.Prepare material and support presentations in Decision Gate Committee (DGC) projects meetings and other report forums.Capturing and sharing of best practices as result of internal and external benchmarking activities.Create and manage centralized plant level projects deckChampion and coach project management activities within the programPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.External and internal qualifications/validations as requiredQualifications:Education level required:Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineer or similar from an accredited institution.Years and area of experience required:At least 5 years of professional experience in engineering (product support). Knowledge of electric power distribution products is a plus
