We are committed to our team members' development and empower those who wish to discover different areas of our business or acquire international experiences.**Job Description**:**Main Responsibilities/Tasks**:To plan, organize, and set priorities and coordinate multiple Industrial and Engineering projects and/or programs, with a proven ability to implement, strategize, setting budgets, managing risks, follow up/oversee, handovers, and generate lesson learn.Leadership, experience, and proper communication between interdependent teams to generated results in a timely manner.The goal is to ensure that all programs/projects the desirable outcome, objectives and assesses its impact in our company and business mindset. their overall goal is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs under their care.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, and related.5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)Project Management (Desirable PMO certification), Previous stakeholder management skillsStrong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM softwareProven proposal writing experience.Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of digital marketingOutstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesOutstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesAdvance English and desirable French (not mandatory).Additional InformationBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
