Project Manager

EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Obtaining a project management certification can be beneficial.

BASIC KNOWDLEDGE: Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, communication, leadership, and team management. Additionally, understanding of the industry of automation.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 3+ years experience in managing projects, leading teams, setting and meeting deadlines, budgeting, risk management, and communication skills.

PERSONAL TRAITS: The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
