**Role Summary**:The Project Manager is responsible for the project from inception to completion, enforcing the contractual requirements of our customers.
He is the main contact between the Customer, the Sales and Commercial Operations offices and the Santa Clara plant.
Maintains open communication with support areas and suppliers for the correct and timely execution of sub-order deliverables.Provides the necessary support to the team in the plant for the execution of work and manufacture of equipment in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities & Requirements**: a) Communication.
Is in charge of ensuring that project communication flows effectively.B) On Time Delivery.
Responsible for the quality and on-time delivery of project deliverables including documents, drawings, reports and equipment.
Delivering equipment on time according to contractual dates.
Negotiating and obtaining official Change Orders regarding contractual delivery date.
Delivery of Buyouts and documentation in accordance with the milestones established in the project baseline.C) Marginal Contribution.
Identify similarities between projects in order to seek common solutions and cost reductions for compliance with the marginal contribution of the projects established by corporate and/or established in the approved SAPs of the projects.D) Customer Satisfaction.
Ensure customer satisfaction for executed projects.
Develop and enhance customer relationships through active communication and collaboration with external and internal customer team.E) Accountability and Production.
Participation in Accountability and Production meetings when required giving feedback and follow up with the Project Managers.F) Internal and External Kick-Off Meetings.
Conduct start-up meetings in the internally established times according to Local and Global procedures; as well as using the established tools for the realization of the same, correctly documenting the agreements and information reviewed during the meeting.G) Risk Management.
Make use of the tools established for the timely identification of project risks, analysis and mitigation plan.H) Pass Gates.
Use of Pass Gates to monitor project progress.I) Project Execution Plan (PEP).
For defined projects, develop Project Execution Plans, update the Plan by updating the subsidiary plans and updating the corresponding project databases.J) Lessons Learned.
Participate actively during the execution of (i) projects in the generation, communication and recording of Lessons Learned in local and corporate databases.J) Lessons Learned.

Develop and generate project schedules based on the CPM methodology and based on the specific requirements of the Project or Contract
