**You Are**:
UST is searching for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading upgrades in a fast-paced, growing organizational environment. Be part of a highly specialized SRE team that works in collaboration with management, professional services, support, and vendors

**The Opportunity**:

- Analyze customer requirements, facilitate, and deliver planning to customers and the engineering team.
- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Build and maintain the confidence of colleagues and customers.
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
- Maintain current knowledge of the entire VMware product line.
- Drive customer upgrades, adoption, consumption, retention, and expansion
- Work without close supervision and with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Define, adopt, and maintain processes, systems management concepts, and standards to be used in day-to-day activities
- Develop and track detailed service plans, schedules, dependencies, and critical paths Secure and assign resources per SRE service deliverables
- Clearly communicate with customers and upper management any risk areas; come up with risk mitigation plans
- Work outside business hours if required
- Cover a 24/7 rotational shift pattern if required.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

**What you need**:

- Must be a fast learner with the ability to explain SRE service management to a variety of audiences
- 2+ years of experience in project management is preferred
- Experience in leading projects in an Enterprise environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, communicate, and build relationships with all levels of personnel, internal and external
