Implemente time management tools, such as Gantt Charts, Priority Matrix, metrics, schedules, etc. Manage the problems and changes tha the project requires during the proigress using intern tools. Communication at al levels. Participate in the definition of the projects in the presentation of Gates. Having an intermediary role between management and those responsible for the tasks. His/her must be aware of each task, measure its evolution and the performance of those involved, as well as detect the risks associated with the project.
