Responsible to coordinate and implement the AS100 project and or platform changes that affect the plant. CAPEX and follow until final approval for new lines and or equipment's involved in AS100 projects.Review and update the project calendar (MOAB). Update and follow up eAPDS requirements, involve the affected areas.Coordinate line design workshops and or review existing in case of engineering changes.Coordinate and report capacity analysis for new quotes or adjustments to existing lines.Coordinate samples and prototype builds for pre-production events.Develop Master Timing for the project with the BU and regional team.PTL ensures that all tasks in APDS,are completed on time from TG0 to TG4.
Experiência y requisitos
3-5 years of minimum experience in product, quality and/or process engineering.BS in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic)Proven experience in PLM, project management skills, hands on approach to development, APQP, New model introduction, Resources management, Project financials.Preferred knowledge of Seatbelt processes in previous experience.Excellent communication skills, conversational and writing in English and Spanish.Strong negotiation skills, Proactive and leadership.Able to work in a cross functional team to accomplish project targetsCustomer and team oriented. Analytical, adaptability, follow instructions and procedures.Availability to travel, Mexican Passport and US visa.
