**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, including scheduling, coordination, and logistics.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Provide administrative and office support, such as taking notes on meetings, creating spreadsheets, and maintaining the filing system and contacts database.
- Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing of various projects and initiatives led by the director of operations.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and goals.
- Prepare project status reports and updates for executive review and decision-making.
- Monitor action items, accountability tasks, and commitments made by the director of operations, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Maintain accountability systems to track progress on goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
- Provide reminders, prompts, and assistance as needed to ensure commitments are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the operations team and customers or partners.
- Act as a liaison between the director of operation and other staff members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Travel planning and event organization for the team
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Being familiar with International Shipping & Logistics or Consulting is a bonus
- Consulting and project management skills

- Mathematical skills to process complex calculations
- Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems

**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Manager functions
- 10+ years of experience in General Business Operations
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent computer skills and solid knowledge of Google / Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft suit, and Adobe Acrobat
- English, strong verbal and written communication skills
