**Position Purpose**
- Directs and manages the projects established by the organization for their correct implementation, considering corporate guidelines and specific customer requirements.
- He or she is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Their duties include dividing up their budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary, selecting project team members from existing departments, and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines.
**Position responsibilities and functions**:
- Plants projects and resources under his/her charge.
- Maintains effective communication by monitoring at the same level all the projects that are carried out.
- Manage physical, technological, human and financial resources belonging to the project.
- Mentor to train, stimulate, supervise, motivate, and correct the members of the project.
- Define the SMART objective of each project, taking into account the organization's capabilities.
- Manage the cost and budget of the project.
- Manage deadlines to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Guide and delegate him or her, exercising necessary supervision.
- Implement time management tools such as Gantt Charts, priority matrixes, metrics, schedules, etc.
- Manage the problems and changes the project requires during its progress using intern tools.

- Execute, help with, and lead cost reduction projects.
- Know the strategy of the organization and meet its individual objectives.
- Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
**Position** Profile**
- 3 to 5 years of developing and implementing a project at the site & corporate level
- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced English
