This person supports the well-being of the relationship between customer and company. - Engineering project and transfers quote estimates. - Capital justifications and ROI analyze for projects. - Create and maintains project schedules/plans, risk plans, communication plans, etc. using the correct tools that accurately reflect the scope of work. Proactively adjusts budgets and resources as appropriate in accordance with scope. - Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management, and troubleshooting for assigned engineering projects and product transfer, following applicable product implementation procedures. - Define with customer project scope, deliverables and milestones, ensure team is staying on track and communicates progress all internal and external stakeholders. - Manages multiple projects through direct reports to ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, safety, reliability, schedule and cost.
