- 2-3 years of experience in the area - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English; 100% spoken and written - Being familiar with International Shipping & Logistics or Consulting is a bonus - Consulting and project management skills - Time-management skills - Ability to pay attention to detail - Organization and interpersonal skills - Mathematical skills to process complex calculations - Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses - Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while functioning effectively as part of a team. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment. - Customer service oriented
