Poly is seeking a Project Manager to join our busy Regulatory Compliance team.
As a Project Manager, you will deliver solutions that will expand across the global organization.
This position coordinates the activities of cross-functional stakeholders and 3rd party vendors throughout the project lifecycle with a focus on tactical programs arising from regulatory changes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to collaborate with all areas of the business to achieve objectives and contribute to the company's overall success.
**Your day to day**
- Project planning & scheduling
- Team coordination
- Project deliverables documentation (project governance)
- Oversee the proper follow of the Product Development Process
- Oversee the Risk Management Process
- Oversee that all the work package of the projects are executed according to plan
- Escalate project issues to functional and/or top management and make sure a response plan is put inplace
- Oversee the proper response plan for any given issue throughout the project
- Scope management
- Manage team site and project documentation repository
- Creates and maintain Finish Good BOM and SKU attributes
- Prepare custom reports of project status for different stakeholders
- Monitor and control project budget execution
- Monitor resources workload for any given project and escalate any conflict to functional leaders
- Awareness of the environmental management system and environmental goals and impacts.
**What you bring to the team**
- Engineering Degree or Business Administration
- PMP or equivalent related certification
- Experience in new product development, new product introduction or product improvement environment
- Technological background
- Hands on experience with Engineering Change (EC) processes, BOM structures and new product introduction processes
- MBA or equivalent
- Formal Project Management training (curse)
- Systems Engineering Management training or education
- 90% English Spoken and Written.
- Knowledge of ERP (or similar system), MS Office and MS Project or similar tools
