**Summary**:
Onboard a person responsible for Operational projects, whether new implementations, Launches or growth for current clients, continuous improvement, or any other type of project.PM will need to work closely with Project Stakeholders to prepare comprehensive action plans.
Ultimately, the project manager duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards from conception to project delivery.
Provide internal and external Operations and support teams with defined requirements, timelines, resources and guidelines to multi-functional projects.
Coordinate and oversee the projects to track progress and make sure they are being completed on time, scope and budget all the areas and involved and accountable for their part, this way ensuring that the communication between operations, needs of client and internal areas of support are aligned.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Coordinate resources, teams and project information
- Collaborate with the participating members of the project (stakeholders) in risk management, its mitigation and the monitoring of contingencies and identification of opportunities
- The Project Manager will carry out tasks of managing agendas prior to meetings, as well as publishing meeting minutes
- Responsible for maintaining project documentation and managing related cost inquiries
- Must be able to control and monitor flow charts for process mapping.
- In order to perform this position successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and time management
- Monitor purchases lead times that impact the scope of project
- Assign tasks to internal teams
- Monitor the progress of projects
- Collaborate with the Project team to face and remove obstacles
- Use tools (Smartsheet) to control working schedules, resources, and expenses
- Issue all appropriate documentation, as well as project communication plans and reports
- Ensuring that standards and requirements have been met by monitoring quality control progress complying with Project metrics
- Responsible of gathering and publishing information on project status
**Specialized knowledge**:
- Courses/ certifications/ tools related to PMP or PMI

**Required**:
- University/ College degree
- 3 years or equivalent in hours leading project teams
- Time Management, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma
**Language Level**:
- Advanced English
