About the role As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of various projects within the organization. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants, and ensuring that the project objectives are met. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Additionally, this role will support corporate development initiatives, which involve strategic planning and activities aimed at achieving long-term growth, such as business development and partnerships. This is a hybrid position where we expect you to be in the office 2-3 days a week. What you'll do Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans that cover all project management aspects, including timeline, resource allocation, and risk management. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Team Coordination and Leadership: Lead project teams by providing direction and support to ensure project goals are achieved. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and ensure team members are fully engaged. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management. Execution and Monitoring: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and documentation to project stakeholders. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and address any project issues promptly
